Burger With The Lot Amaroo - Canberra

This chicken burger is the best I've had in the Gungahlin area so far! Definitely give it a try.

They were advertised until 7:30, we came at 7:09 and were turned away. very poor form and will not return.

ConsPretty average food. They have a problem where they either don’t cook their chips enough or cook them too much. The chips are usually not cooked enough though, where it tastes soggy. The burgers aren’t anything special. They don’t give much chicken nuggets with the chips, it’s mainly chips. They increased their prices on most items in the menu around a year ago.ProsOn the plus side, staff are friendly, there is plenty of seats to sit in store, and the king prawn Polio Aglio Olio pasta and Italian Bolognaise pasta was really nice. They used to have pulled pork/lamb loaded fries which was really good but they got rid of that from the menu. Ordering through delivery and in-store is a always a smooth experience.

Visited with some mates, my first time. The menu was not too much to go through and meal deals were good. Got the Amaroo burger deal that incl. Chips and a drink. Burger was really good and the chips fresh hot and yummy. Great staff and a modern industrial theme. Worth a visit.

I am usually a happy customer at this restaurant, but tonight's experience was disappointing.
