Bidrage med feedbackFantastic food, good ambience, something pricy, but absolutely worth it for an authentic South Indian experience. I recommend: golgappas/vodgappas, the signature Kathitto, grilled fish and also the Puttu (coating cake) with curry.
Most items were reasonably priced and tasted great! The curries on the other hand were very small and expensive. The quality was a bit low, it seemed like there was some frozen veges in there. I'd stick to the other items. The place was well decorated butusic was a little random switching between traditional Indian background music and modern rock.
Nice ambience with a outdoor seating with heaters, but I find it pricey for the food quality even though it was tasty but not as gourmet as it is pricey.
Unfortunately there was a communication error with my order whereby I wanted a mix but instead received two meals as a single diner. I paid for two meals and took the extra meal as takeaway when all I wanted was one meal for dinner. The food itself was yummy and was good to have different Indian food to choose from.
The waiters were polite, yet have no idea what they were doing. Came with 2 friends, made 4 attempts to order but was rejected due to too busy . Yet the manager and 3 other waiters were behind the counter. Then after 45 minutes later , the food finally came. Look at the second photo is it mutton? The waiter confirmed with confidence. We took a bite, still didn 't taste like mutton, asked again, he confirmed mutton. It. Is. Chicken. It made me question my 30 years of meat differentiation capability, my integrity. In conclusion. Please train your staff for timely and accurately service. Thank you. Food is good.
