Love the quality of these sausages! Flavour disorders that are not found in the other local sausage/Hot Dog bastions. Nice customer service when I email a question about preparation in a smoker. I'm glad they're here and they're 5 miles away from my house is even better. Thank you.

I'm from Chicago. Josef's products remind me of the great Polish sausage I had eaten there as a boy. My only complaint is that he did not mention the wonderful Hungarian sausages I bought at Wegman in Elmira. I would be interested in new products he invents. Dr. JPL

Josef's meats has the best sausages, bacon and deli meats and other great items made the old fashioned way. Very authentic. One taste gives you the feeling everything is homemade and that most other products are made with preservatives, and various chemicals often making them overly salty. Josef's is not overly salty letting you taste the meats and the spices all balanced very well. I can't recommend Jose'f's enough.

Our first order was the large grilled bundle, which proved to be the perfect way to taste all offered busts. We served them at our family Father's Day Grill and all enjoyed the high quality and fun variety Will definitely order again in the future.
