Eddie O'briens Grill/ - Canandaigua

Our bill was $88, which we paid with a credit card, and we left a cash tip. However, we later noticed that our final charge was $98. Whenever we called to address this issue, we were told, "the manager isn't here; they move between locations," or my personal favorite, "they'll call you back." It’s been 72 hours, and I still haven't received a call back. I even went in person on December 5, and the bartender was looking into the situation. They had the nerve to ask, "Did someone leave a $10 or $20 tip when they shouldn't have?" Isn't that a strange question for a customer? It sounds like this must be a frequent problem for them. I am utterly appalled by this establishment and their staff. As a local, I can confidently say I will never return to this disappointing venue.

This is the number one place for chicken wings. Eddie Obriens offers 17 flavors for both boneless or bone in. Large wings cooked the right way. The garlic parmasean come highly recommend. With the right amount of sauce to keep rolling the wing in. Anotherfavorite is the Buffalo medium wing. The right amount of Frank's red hot sauce is added to the wings. Wings come with celery andblue cheese and Wednesday evenings is a wing nice special. The stuffed meatball (appetizer) are huge (2 per serving) stuffedwith matzarella and covered with a delicious red sauce. Delicious. The sport resturant also offers cocktails IPA and ice coldtap beer. Lunch entree dinner entree are offered on the menu. Service was slow but server was efficient and friendly Plenty oftables for dining

I visited Eddies in Canandaigua for the first time and had a great experience. My wife ordered the spaghetti and meatballs, which she really enjoyed. I tried the fish tacos, and we both shared the pub pretzels. The food was delicious, and the atmosphere was relaxed and inviting. The waitstaff was exceptionally friendly and attentive, clearly working well as a team. I would definitely recommend this restaurant and would return if I'm in the area again.

This is a fantastic spot for food! I've been coming to this location for years. I really wish I had a picture of my last meal because it was absolutely divine, and it was my second time ordering it. It's one of their three mac and cheese skillets, and definitely an adult take on the classic dish. I highly recommend it to anyone in search of an amazing meal!

TL;DR: Do not order the chicken waffles! Went here for dinner yesterday. Ordered a Guinness along with chicken waffles, shooting for something less ordinary than a burger that I could get anywhere else. The Guiness was off, as if they hadn 'tserved any other pints that day and the tap line needed to be run for a bit to clear it out. The chicken waffles wereterrible. Rather than using chicken tenders like anywhere else, they do a chicken patty, which in my case appeared to be veryoverfried (the breading was dark brown) and then the bacon cheese appeared to be blowtorched on top. Burnt to the point ittasted like nothing. Difficult to cut with a butter knife, no steak knife provided. See photo. The waffle didn 't even looklike a whole waffle and it tasted as if it had been in a freezer for months not fresh at all. Barely had a sip of the Guinnessand one bite of the meal and left disappointed and hungry. Everyone else in my family liked their food, though. Guess Ishould have just ordered a burger. Would concur with another reviewer who said draft beer selection is limited.
