I'll say that professionally as I can. The taste of mf'n Ox Tails... excuses the fact that they never answer the phone, and are obliged to run out when you wait until late. Some of their staff are more friendly than others, but everything in all food wise, it could not be better. You have been a customer for years and you can taste the love and heritage in every sea!

My husband and I were looking for carribean food and we came across Vals because of the high ratings.... they went beyond and beyond with customer service and to food! Everything was on the spot and everything is homemade. You have to be crazy to do this little restaurant.

Jerk Chicken was spicy and delicious, but I can decide for the mild jerk next time. Trash with red beans and rice was also tasteful!

From the first moment you step in this restaurant the personel give you an enjoyable feeling. Very friendly stuff, it is a good place to to go out with your friends or with your date. delicious cuisine, qualified chef de cuisine, competitive cost and courteous service. Highly recommended.
