This restaurant was recommended to me and I decided to give it a try. I ended up going back several times because I enjoyed it so much. The best way to sum up this place is that the portions are plentiful.

Wow, excuse me for the big belch! Just finished a massive meal at this hidden gem of a truck stop. If you're looking for a place to satisfy a big appetite, this is the spot to go to!

We saw an ad picturing an amazing looking lemon merengue pie, my favorite, so we went to this restaurant. It's definitely a place frequented by locals, complete with knotty pine walls right out of my childhood. We were very pleased with the food, the service, the quaint ambiance, and the prices. I had an excellent taco salad and my husband had the "small portion" liver (yes, he loves that) dinner which was very generous, and we had the lemon pie and strawberry rhubarb pie -- just two of several choices - -for dessert. It was terrific. We would definitely return.

Worse Service EVER. Oh wait no service I should say... No hello a smile, and or be right with you, I had to get my own menus, and sat there for about 8 mins before deciding to get up and leave. There were only two tables of people in there. Not to mention it was a disgusting atmosphere with flys everywhere...
