Use rice wine or sake to warm up the shrimp, leave some extra sauce at the bottom, add an egg and some green onion leaves to scramble, pour on top stir fry ?, broccoli soaks up the sauce.I steamed salmon the next day, put a piece of dry kelp at the bottom, ginger and green onion, salmon on top, drizzle with sake and olive oil to help fish keep moist, steam 8-10 min, finish with sushi soy sauce.
Fisherfolk's products are top notch. As a nutritionist, I appreciate the selection of local, wild, high quality seafood and really happy to have found this gem of a company.
Yellow perch was so delicious! A great assortment of fish from all coasts! And candied salmon, my favourite treat.
Came by after understanding they would have an item on hold for me. Looked online at hours and on the sign on the road outside the store.. it was wrong they closed 1 hr earlier and didn't it was only crossed out on the actual door. I traveled from far. Really far. And the surprise fish for the camping trip just didn't happen :
