Subway - Canada

The customer service at this restaurant was very disappointing. The employee was on her phone when I asked for a sub, even though there was still 20 minutes left before closing time. She refused to make the sub for me, and after repeatedly asking, she made it with a rude attitude.

The restaurant is very affordable but skimps on the vegetables. They cut corners to save money, which is off-putting and will likely hurt their business in the long run.

I went to the restaurant for dinner. The food was decent, but I was disappointed to learn that they do not accept $50 or $100 bills. I believe cash should be accepted without issue, as not everyone uses debit or credit cards. While cards may be convenient, Canadian cash is still our country's currency.

When I get a veggie sub, I expect there to be a decent amount of veggies on it since that makes up the literal bulk of the sub. It’s frustrating when you ask for extra or more of a topping and they ignore it or the staff puts an extra two shreds of lettuce on. Pretty disappointing walking out of there with a weightless sandwich.

They have a good quality of food , and they have a clean restaurants.
