Sao Hôm - Can Tho

One of the 2 best restaurants in can tho city. this sao hom is a restaurant at the river and often filled with many tourist. eating is nice and reasonable price. the staff are friendly and able to speak English well. toilets are clean.

Well we had no problem here although we are white and spoke English. It was full of groups of tourists and perhaps they eat up staff's resources but we luckily arrived before them and we were served in 10 mins. Both sea bass and mango prawn were excellent. Mains are in mid-higher price range 150k-200k but served with side and this is a river view restaurant. I would recommend.

We managed to get a table by the riverside and ordered the Set menu 01 and one salad. The atmosphere is good, but the food is not very tasty. In comparison with the street food, the restaurant can do much better. I however still recommend it as it is a good experience in overall.

Nice patio setting. Food is great with vegetarian options. Frog dish isbexcellent. Should try it on your visit. The reaturant is closed to the river and other markets.

Sitting on the pier , enjoying the wind, and eating delicate viatnamis food. Potions are nice, price is reasonable though on the high side. On the other hand, one of my company that ordered beef got food poisoning and had diarrhea and vomited all night...
