KFC - Camrose

Went in to make a picture of her menu and was made by a caucasian female worker who started taking photos of me my vehicle including cens signs. it has been said that they have to ask the permission to make picture of their publicly displayed menu, although there are no signs for it. I said I wanted to order, but because of covid, my family did not want to enter the restaurant to look at the menu why I added the menu. I will never return to this place again. I have made menu photos in various restaurants in past, such as time hortons etc. have never experienced such hostility.

Came for a **** to take and girl on the theke had not good English and she asked another on the back to tell her what I said? not really know what they say causally I only speak English so I speak of huh that didn't what I came, but seemed all that she knew so that I got that instead of the bucket for and I ended up with box and it was so fat

The food we ordered, took it forever. about the tacos had little to no fillings in them and were cold. we returned them to the theke and asked if this was acceptable to whom they replied, as it should be. no excuses from the manager, just throw us away. I guess we've been visiting our first and last.

Can finally eat kfc again. we had heard that it has improved under new property. we tried it after a long time, and it was great, but maybe it was a good thing? the second time just as good. Just like years past. non-greasy. boiled for perfection. larger pieces. better tasting gravy. salates are good. fries are much better. service is great.

We hadn’t been to KFC in forever due to poor service, greasy chicken and limp fries with slop gravy. Well! Glad to report new ownership has made a huge difference. Drove through and ordered the Thursday special which was pieces of chicken and medium...fries for but two of them. The order was ready quickly, even for pieces. The chicken was well done, crispy deliciousness, the fries were also perfectly done. Even the gravy was thicker and much more flavourful.
