They are friendly and very welcoming, our waiter was excellent very friendly and could share a few laughs with him. Overall it was great

It's a Spur. But the food was good, and the service mostly good.

The restaurant was practically empty, however we waited 15 min to be served. The food was under prepared. The waitress was no where to be found and when we did request something, it took for ever to be actioned.

Quick to help with my big order, and they worked quicker than I expected

What can say, Spur is a Spur, but the waitress we had just wasn't getting our order right. For that reason only giving 3 starts. Year's down the line and we got a really regular waiter, he's on the ball,but my rating remains unchanged because the steak preparation is so inconsistent. They are very willing to exchange it, but the whole experience is ruined because my food gets cold and everybody else almost done when my food comes back, so now I don't really bother sending it back.
