Kfc Canal Walk Shell

Purchased products that did not meet order nor expectations. Ordered Zinger burger with zinger sauce double crunchburger. Was supplied the normal white sauce that just a sprinkle. See pics. The chicken however was good.

There is nothing worse than walking into a place thats not busy and there is no service, staff are noisy and they get your order wrong as well. Definitely a big thumbs down

Drive through looked open but was asked if to walk into the store Staff wasn’t helpful didn’t want to help or understand why I needed drive through

Bad service. The server was distracted which was weird because we were the only 2 people at the counter. He didn't pay any attention to what I was ordering. Got the order wrong and had to void and redo. Didn't ask what colddrink I wanted, when I wanted to change the drink option upon collection the other lady me told me it was not an option. I could only have the coke. I will NOT be going there again.
