Kfc Caltex Airport City

Made an order and they canceled but never returned my money now I'm stuck here with no food no money. I don't really understand why the order got accepted in the first place. This is so inconveniencing and irritating. Now when I call the phone is not being answered.

Terrible service, staff are rude and disrespectful and have a complete disregard for common courtesy. I have never felt so unwelcome and uncomfortable, customer service sucks!

How does it work that some client they do get slips after paying and some orders they're just called out, without being given a slip after paying, management should do a proper audit

We had to wait outside for 20min, and the cashier just stares at you,not uttering even a simple greet.
