Gallo Nero - Campinas

TL;DR: Amazing food for reasonable prices, perfect service! I am here 3 times in the last 2-3 months (Spring 2020 and there are many reasons for me to come back again and again! Our waiter/sommelier Tom was always very friendly and polite. I don't know much about wine, but for those who do, this place is worth a visit! The food is tasteful, timely and well presented. I was in the Happy Hour (Wednesday, Thursday and Friday) which I think is the best happy hour in Campinas. The only possible improvement: @management, please clean the ceiling.

The last time I left, it was a restaurant. Compared to some other places I went to, they really seemed to do a good job with the quality of food for the price. The great wine selection is wonderful (and not excessively expensive) and lines the walls of the entrance to the restaurant, which itself beautifully decorated and both cozy and stylish. The service was friendly, including the server/sommalier, who offered help in selecting a wine; although the service seemed only a touch that disorganized at the beginning of our meal. The food I got (salad with smoked chicken, ancho beef with rice and farofa) was delicious, hot and tidy plated. The dessert (Panna cotta) had a very nice taste, but a little lacked: a white dessert with a white sauce on a white plate. This, in combination with the other times I went (for both their delicious lunch sampler and a dinner), would definitely recommend going. I'm sure I'm back.

The most amazing place to drink a special wine, and excellent food with very fair price. The staff is a plus.

Loved it. The food is so good and diverse, it makes for a great experience (which tastes amazing).
