Domino's Pizza - Campbellsville

Absolutely amazing! I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. When I visited, I had just been in a car accident, and the manager personally lent me his car while mine was being repaired. To top it off, he also treated me to a free pizza.

Skimmed on toppings with chewy dough, pizza was outright nasty. Owner is extremely rude and hateful. I don?t know how they stay in business, little Cesar?s and papa johns blow them out of the park. Pizza Hut is about the same when speaking of quality. Whenspeaking of good customer service this place is just shi-t . Someone needs to open a real dominos pizza franchise and show Scottwhat making a pizza is all about.

I placed an order through the app for two pizzas, but both were delivered incorrectly. I called to report the issue, and during my first call, the employee told me to hold but then never actually put me on hold—I could hear someone in the background wanting to speak with a manager, and then they hung up on me. I called back and spoke with the owner’s son, who said he couldn’t help because he claimed I had ordered incorrectly. I explained that I could provide proof from my past orders on the app, but he insisted that it showed otherwise on his end and said there was nothing he could do. He mentioned multiple times that he had just come back from the gym and wasn’t on the clock, but I don't think that should be my concern.

The food is always great, and it's usually the only place open when I finish work. The staff is incredibly friendly, and I've always found that people in the food service industry are amazing overall. They don't receive the recognition they truly deserve for everything they handle. I make sure to tip every time through the app, even though I always order takeout. So please, remember to leave some tips and don’t be stingy!
