They were super busy and more than half of the workers were just standing around looking clueless and just talking while the rest were running around trying to catch up on the orders.

I have my puppy with me. And it was a very hot day and he was getting sick in the car. And the manager was there doing paperwork at the table. And she was very understanding with me, and instead of getting upset with me and telling me to get out and that they wouldn't serve me. She allowed me to stand in a doorway. Because there was no customers there to help him get cool. And she gave me a freak upper ice for him. I don't know her name. But she is at least in her 40s. A blonde lady and she needs A raise. As for the customer service, it was very on point and completely as ordered. The poor man behind the counter forgot. What I had asked for ice coffee or frozen coffee, And instead of just assuming he actually came and asked me if I had ordered one of the other so for him, he gets 5 stars 2. He knows who he is. I don't know his name again. And as for the guy who accommodated me and with the Pup cup , He was very patient with me. I'm very combinated, he's very polite and even used. Yes, ma'am, no Ma'am. But the girl that was running a window for some reason kept giving me dirty loves and smirking at me for no reason. She, on the other hand has an attitude problem. And I don't think she should be working customer service.
This might be the worst Dunkin in America, maybe the Milky Way
I've tried giving this particular Dunkin Donuts in Campbell multiple opportunities to improve on their customer service but they have failed miserably. Especially the staff at night. Someone needs to hire a manager that can evaluate the staff and fire the ones who don't know how to deal with customer service properly.
