Bidrage med feedbackThe food is good, I enjoy the portion sizes on the bowls and the pricing. The only thing that irritates me sometimes is the inconsistency with the tortilla chips. It's random each visit. Either they're perfectly fine with the lime taste, stale, plain, or portioned way too small.
I ordered three meals online for in-store pick-up. When I arrived, I was a bit disappointed to see one person ahead of me and no orders on the pick-up rack. Fortunately, after about three minutes, an employee came out from the kitchen and started handing out the pick-up orders, which were all ready in the back. I was relieved to find that my order, placed 40 minutes earlier, was complete and not still in progress. The food was great, I received everything I ordered, including utensils, and overall, it was a positive experience.
I ordered pico de gallo for one of my salads, only to be told they were out. How could they run out of pico and be cleaning up the line this early when there was a line forming behind me and an hour left until closing? As I wrapped up my order, I informed the cashier that I’d also like a bag of chips and guacamole. After ringing me up, she realized they were out of guacamole. She seemed confused for a moment and asked if I wanted my money back. Yes, absolutely—I would like a refund for something I didn’t receive. She called a manager from the back, and he struggled to process my refund. He mentioned that his card wasn’t working and spent quite a bit of time switching between two different manager cards to get it sorted out. The whole experience felt off-putting and unwelcoming. I wouldn’t recommend visiting this location if you’re craving Chipotle. I don’t expect five-star service at a Chipotle, and I usually try to avoid going in within half an hour of closing time, knowing the staff is preparing to clean up. However, being treated like an inconvenience when I arrived an hour before closing was a major disappointment compared to other locations I’ve visited. The only positive note was that they had the vinaigrette dressing for the salads, which is often out at other Chipotle locations.
I recently visited this restaurant for the second time in a month, and unfortunately, my experience wasn't great. The food during my first visit was a bit dry, but overall acceptable. However, the customer service this time was quite troubling. I half-joked that I wanted to ask the server to blink twice if they were in a tough situation. I ordered a barbacoa burrito bowl with a tortilla on the side, but the person serving me was visibly frustrated, slamming things down and huffing, which created a very uncomfortable atmosphere. While the food is okay, the overall vibe is quite off-putting. As a follow-up, the restaurant did reach out to apologize for the unsatisfactory food and service, mentioning that they would pass my feedback along to the team. I’m not sure how much that will matter, but we'll see.
I stopped going to Chipotle in general. No matter what location, it 's either dirty and or guest service is just nonexistent. Don 't know what I was expecting on this random visit. Honestly, I was just really hungry! As I entered, I stood at the front of the line with no other guests present. 2 team members on the line, one temping and the other watching him temp. Not one single acknowledgment...instead, they stood there calling for another team member to come and help me. I stood there patiently with a smile on my face; but literally burning inside thinking: THIS IS EXACTLY WHY I DON 'T COME TO CHIPOTLE ANYMORE! Finally, one of the team members on the line finally decided to help me because the team member she was waiting for never came. She washed her hands (Thankfully) and says plainly...what can I get for you? Not a Thank you for your patience or even How are you today? So I say to her, How are you today? Only then, did that prompt her to ask me. In that moment...I should of just walked out. Chipotle needs to close down and start over! Guest service training needs to be a top priority! I gave it another chance even when time and time again, Chipotle shows they don 't deserve it. Ugh! So freaking frustrating! And it was still on my heart to leave them a tip!
