I paid for it? so disappointed. if they continue to do this to support customers, they need to end their contract. we don't need any business like this on basic.

Normal Taco Bell. Good service and good tasting food, as long as you like TBell.

Is there a 0 stars? Mobile ordered and went to the store at 11:25 pm because the website says they're open until 1 am all doors are locked, even though the lights are on and there is someone standing in the kitchen. One of three vehicles to pull up within a couple minutes of each other with one more pulling up as we were all going next door to Wendy's. Their actual hours are apparently not common knowledge.

It's hit or miss here. I like to think i don't make insanely hard changes to my orders, such as no lettuce on something or no tomato. But every other time i come here the order is messed up. Whether thats completly messed up, or slightly messed up like strands of lettuces just thrown into something. To make matters worse, their phone is so quite. I tried to call in to explain an issue, and gave up trying to understand them, figured whats the point. Come on guys, get it together. I worked at a taco bell for 2 years its not rocket science . .
