Quinta El Adobe Restaurante Buffet

This restaurant embodied any bad aspekt that a device might have. my family of six decided to try this restaurant after having the place for years on the way to one of our favorite neve (local sherbet) orte zaachila. I wish we could have gone this time. the ambiente is very unattractive with cheap tables and chairs and an eager but talentless singer. what she lacked in her voice, she made up with loudness. we had to yell at each other to be heard. When the waiter finally came by, I asked if my smaller children could use the pool and he informed us that they could if we ordered the buffet. the four adult ordered the buffet and the children order a la cart and drank so because they did not like much at the buffet. the food was ghasty. salate without dressing, dried chicken and pork and other completely undescribed dishes. for dessert we had a tasteless paste which they called aroz con leche (art desspuddings). I even ordered a mezcal that had somehow developed carbonation, something he didn't have. my beer wasn't quite cold, they couldn't even get it right. When the bill came, I was shocked. it was about 300 pesos higher than I calculated that I arrived at 1200 pesos. that is very high for this type of operation. I found they had charged us for 6 buffets when only 4 adults had the buffet. When I asked to correct the error, they informed me that we were automatically charged for the two additional buffets because the children used the pool. I informed him that 4 of us had the buffet and we didn't swim. that doesn't work, he said. the people who eat the buffet can swim and the people who don't, can't! if everything about this place hadn't been a crime against my time with my family, I would have just paid and never returned. not this time. I refused to pay for the 2 buffets we did not order or receive. they started playing a game to send manager to confirm that I would have to pay for the phantombuffets or there would be problems. I told them to call the owner if necessary, but I didn't want to pay. After half an hour I waited the mathematic, pulled the 2 buffets and took them to the office: when I left, they threatened to call the police and took the phone at one point. without any doubt, this was the worst experience I ever had in a restaurant and not only because of the terrible food, but also the terrible personal.
