I was extremely disappointed with this restaurant! I wouldn't even rate it with a single star. The lobby was filthy, and it took nearly five minutes for anyone to come to the counter to take my order. The woman who helped me was very rude, had a terrible attitude, and even tossed my money back at me. I will definitely not be returning! They also fail to ask whether you want your food to eat in or take out.

I went through the drive-thru and ordered an 8-piece family pack, only to find out they were out of coleslaw. When I got home and opened the chicken, I discovered that the 8 pieces included only 1 breast, 3 thighs, and 2 legs. That’s hardly 8 pieces! I was extremely disappointed, especially after driving 30 miles expecting a complete and decent dinner.

I was quite unhappy when I received my bill. I had chosen not to order a drink, and instead, the server suggested two sides, which I assumed would be priced similarly to a dinner with a drink. Additionally, when I ordered a second meal, the price was different from what was displayed on the marquee. Apparently, the marquee showed the price for the chicken, one side, and a drink rather than just the meal itself. Despite my request for the meal, the server didn’t inform me that the price would be different than what was listed. This miscommunication ended up costing me nearly $5 more than I expected, and if he had just explained the price difference, I wouldn't have ordered the way I did, as I was following the marquee's pricing. They also need someone taking orders who speaks clear English and at a pace that the average person can understand.

Stopped at this restaurant at approximately 4 PM in the afternoon. It was not very busy and there weren?t a ton of cars in the drive-through but myself and another customer Still at the counter waiting for service. We couldn?t get anybody?s attention.Pretty hard to sell your product when you ignore potential customers. I eventually just walked out. As a secondary note theplace is a pit. The lawn is full of garbage the bathroom had used toilet paper balled up and covered in urine in the corner.Probably saved myself a nasty stomach ache by leaving this place.

So I got the wrong order in the Drive-Thru after pulling forward I went back in. And they apologized and gave me another bag. Once I got in my car to pull away I noticed that they still shorted me part of my order. Guess I am thinking it shouldn't takethree tries to get a bucket of chicken, a few chicken strips, and two side orders LOL
