Dino's Pizza - Cameron

22 years I have overlooked dino that we get our order wrong 80% of the time and deliver it ice cold. I was in the process of getting ready with them, and tonight. I'm always stopping and hanging up again and again, then I say they only deliver to certain areas.' guesses 6 minutes away and 22 years business not cutting. you want to have made hot food right and I don't know. they have only delivered because the only thing they do is dominos or DoorDash/Uber eats they get what they want to be made food right and actually delivered.

On 2/28/22 I went to this place to get a ham and cheese sub, now the lady asked me if I wanted it cold or hot and I said cold, but I never expected it cold, the broth was like ice, so we assume that it was not fresh every day. there was no mayo, shed everything that would add a cold cut I've ever had or I wanted. I could have come from it if she had told me that nothing was coming on the sandwich, but she didn't and gave me a sandwich ice cold, even the brot now comes. who? back to subway

So on my lunch break on 2/28/22 I went to dinos and I ordered a ham and cheese sub sandwich and the lady asked me if I wanted it cold or hot? so I said cold because I was next to them subway and got the same. big F...ING mistake. man, I came back to work this ding felt like they pulled it out of the freeze. I mean, I wanted a cold cut, but that brot was even cold, so they won't be baked fresh day. and they were nothing on the sandwich, no mayo, don't let anything go next time sick just go to the subway because I made my eating look and get aleast so better brot zzzzzzzzzz

Eating was as delicious as it was always! the guy on the phone today (jan 2nd) who took my order was superprofessional and repeated my order, which is appreciated! dino has been bombing af since I came here in 2011! I can't go wrong with dinos!

Pizza quality: 2.5 out of 5Very unfortunate, Customer service was poor. Should have stuck with chain Papa Johns pizza
