Papa Johns Pizza - Camden

Had pizza here many times and it was consistently burnt, you can hear the crunch when eating a slice.

Wrong food was delivered. When I called o was told I could have a credit for next time? I asked for just the correct food to be delivered. They were not accommodating. Told me I'd have to wait another hour. Or more. I'm not sure it's even coming. Horrible customer service.

In the past, I chose Papa John's pizza. I didn't care for Dominos, and Pizza Hut was always a hit and miss. Today I had 2 orders placed. One order was for spicy wings and garlic knots. The other was for the NY staple pizza and additional, naked, wings. After getting the order, the order with the garlic knots were tasted, and it was doughy...like they took it out of the oven too quick. The wings were jerky like, hardly edible. In the 2nd order was the NY and wings (naked) the wings were ok but the pizza was HORRID!!! Slimy and nasty, and made me feel ill! Once I was a loyal customer but now...I will not spend my money at this location again.

Worst customer service ever. After waiting 1 1/2 hours I was told a driver should be at my house in 5-10 minutes I was already at the point of driving to local drive through for a meal. The manager Kyle tried to keep from canceling by offering my next order free but I will not be placing an order with this establishment again when my order was stated to take 32 mins.

My eating is always fresh and quickly delivered at the location camden.
