Slow Richie's - Camden

I recently ordered online and was pleasantly surprised by the fantastic taste of the burger. It practically melted in my mouth! The fries were also amazing and the portion size was generous. I will definitely be ordering again. Thank you!

The burgers at this restaurant are fantastic. We ordered takeout and they were still incredibly delicious. We tried both the haggis and the classic burgers, and they were both amazing. Overall, the burgers here are just really good.

This is the best burger I have ever had. I will definitely be coming back as it was incredibly delicious and reasonably priced.

Full disclosure, I got a Deliveroo from Slow Richie's, and haven't been there in person, but I think my points should still stand. I ordered the burger with black pudding and hot sauce. Almost everything about it was completely delicious, the bun, the sauce, the black pudding, the spice levels, all led to it NEARLY being one of the best burgers I've had in London. The only issue I had, was that the burger itself (i.e. the beef patty) was surprisingly dry. I do not believe this was because it was from Deliveroo, as the delivery was quick, the burger was warm, and this is not an issue I've had with other reputable burger places. Most likely is that the patty was overcooked, but it could also be a case of the meat being too lean, the meat being salted too early, or the patty sitting around after being cooked. Whatever the reason, the dry, slightly grainy texture of the beef let down what was otherwise a near perfect burger. Having said all this, it was still a great burger, and I'd be very surprised if you could find one better in Peckham. I'll be giving them another go soon.

We had a great burgers, fries and sauces. Good choices and nice place, small and cozy. Quick service. Would recommend 100 percent
