Caffe Nero Theobolds Road - Camden

Free wifi, great little tables outside and good coffee and food. I felt much more welcome and cared for than at their main competitor.

The restaurant had dirty cups, most of the tables were dirty, and the service was poor and slow. It took a few minutes to get attention from the two people behind the bar, who were too busy to chat. Once we were served, they even looked annoyed by the guests. It seemed like chatting was more important to them. This does not meet the standards of Caffe Nero. Overall, a very bad experience.

Popped in for quick coffee to warm up on blustery day. Great friendly service though slow. Black Americano and toasted sandwich. Sandwich was warm but not hot and served in a soup bowl though this may be standard for Cafe Nero? Because I don't take milk in coffee it usually takes some time to cool enough to drink but this was luke warm. Would have complained but in hurry and queue long despite being more than half empty.

Nice staff and relaxing place. Not crowded. Maybe would need to be more clean. Tables outside are very nice to stay on the sun for a bit

Efficient service by a well trained staff. Has a good shelf-full of reusable mugs and cups you can look at.
