Wendy's - Cambridge

Absolutely disgusting , I witnessed an employee take fries out of where they put them once cooked. I lost my cool, to be polite. I called the girl out, she smirked at me , I’m like did you seriously take a fry and eat it, she walks to the back, I asked to speak to the manager , she was dumb founded, I refused those fries and asked for fresh ones. I don’t care who you are , it’s FOOD, you weren’t wearing gloves. I hope the health board walks in there. Absolutely disgusting. Not worth going there anymore and I will voice to everyone. Dinning room was dirty. Spilled drink by pop fountain garbage can counter was not cleaned up. Food was slow. Overall this restaurant appeared to be poorly managed. I would avoid this Wendys if you can.

I only eat fish. So I ordered a ceaser salad, no bacon and no chicken while on my lunch break through the drive thru. The lady repeated it correctly. By the time I made it back to my office I saw there was chicken on my salad. I'm very dissatisfied.

What's the point of mobile order when they don't start the order until you get there? This isn't my complaint thought. I ordered jbc, fries, frosty. They give me the frosty first, and tell me the jbcs aren't ready and ask me to pull forward. 20 minutes later after 6 other cars going through the drive thru, other vehicles who arrived after me, that were also asked to pull forward and getting their food first,I told the employee I've been waiting 20 minutes. Conveniently my food comes out 1 minute later. By the time I get home 5 minutes away, my overfilled frosty is melting all over the place, and my jbc's are cold(I thought they were making them fresh? . Clearly my order was forgotten about and left on the counter somewhere. To be honest though I don't know why I expect any better from these people.

Pulled off the highway to get some food and rest for a bit. Lights were on doors were open so we went in. Only to be told and given attitude that their dining room area was closes?! Well why were the doors not locked or a closed sign? Went back in the car to go around through drive thru. I was tired and a little flustered and was hard to hear so I felt they were rude and rushing me on the speaker. I ordered the two chicken wrap combo for myself, and the chicken was completely ROCK HARD. I spit it out, at this point I was already driving towards back on the highway so I wasn't even able to go back. Waste of money. My son had a burger that was smushed and slapped together so sloppy. Wendys is usually one of my go to for fast food on the road and this location was horrendous.
