Tim Hortons - Cambridge

Thank You to the pale desi chick on cash for the treats lately and her exceptional customer service. This is by far one of the best timmies in town with plenty of seating areas and charging outlets for patrons to use. The atmosphere is clean and inviting and the best part of all is that they still play FM radio instead of us having to overhear others talking. I will keep coming back to this location with or without her beautiful smile there to greet me.

On Saturday January 13th I arrived at Tim Hortons drive thru at 7:52 p.m. just to get a coffee and it was only few cars on line that it was an absolute ? horrible service because I felt like a was in a Hwy traffic jam since I did not received my coffee until 8;07 p.m. which that means it was 15 minutes of waiting on line in drive thru which that is an absolute terrible service and this not the young lady's fault that was working that night but this is all the manager's and owners fault for not getting the proper help that she needs and this shouldn't be happening because it this a fast food restaurant and order's been placing from the speaker until when we pick it up it should not take anymore then 2 minutes at the most so I suggest that the owner and manager's get their gear in place and look after the customers and not care about how much money they can bring in for the day because is all about the customers and not for the owners own interest .I'm hoping they can do something for me since this is brutal experience from all manager's staff.Thank-you for your attention and understanding.
