St. Louis Grill - Cambridge

Dropped by this place fora pint in what should be my local. Asked for a pint of Guinness, sorry sir no Guinness. Okay a pint of Stella, one mouthful of it, yuch!!!! How do you screw up Stella? Then, I was informed there was no more Draught Stella. Wasn't surprised at how bad the pint was. There was a shift change and the girl starting the shift announced she had five more shifts, and she didn't care. All this and it was only 5:00pm. First and last time I'll be in there. Oh I neglected to mention the bar was sticky and a scruffy bar towel was lying on the bar.

I ordered in last minute take out for my husband and I. It was made quick, the server that took my order was funny and nice. Went in to pick up my order everything was great. Ordered fish and chips and bacon burger, both delicious!! I'm coming back to check out the in house service, take out was awesome!!Food: 5/5

Ordered cajun chicken wings, which usually is my choice of order at St Louis's. Felt dry and chewy, not barely taste any seasoning.Asked to replace fries with veges, but as suspect they messed up bringing fries.Server kept coming back asking if we are ok, over acting niceness....probably for the fat tip? LolSt. louis is gone down hill a lot compared to previous years.

Walked in for wing night on Wednesday with a crew that made plans to meet there. When waiting to be seated the server/bartender said “I cannot sit any more people we are full” when it was half full. I was told they had a server call in sick so the bartender was doing all the work. Shame on management for poorly staffing one of the busiest night of the week. Feels like they try to staff poorly to avoid having to serve promptly on wing night and leave staff to explain tor their poor management.
