Pizza Pizza - Cambridge

I ordered a Panzerotti, but the cashier accidentally dropped it on the floor and tossed it in the trash. Instead, I received a slice of pizza. While leaving, I observed the manager retrieve the Panzerotti from the garbage, heat it up in the oven, and place it back on the counter to be sold. This behavior was absolutely repulsive.

There is a very unprofessional older Indian man (referred to as "moustache uncle") working at this restaurant. He lacks communication skills and was extremely rude when I came to pick up my order. When I kindly asked him to speak more politely, he stated that he can't change and it's just his style.

I purchased brownies with cash when I picked up my preordered online. The brownies were extremely hard and the customer service representative was unhelpful and refused to assist in any way. The call center workers were also unhelpful. Stores should be easier to contact for simple issues.

Get pizza from anywhere else in Hespeler. I'll keep this point form. Ordered pizza, arrived after the 40 minute guarantee. Paid anyway. Opened pizza had the wrong toppings specifically had something one of us is allergic to. Called, they said they'd send a replacement promptly. 50 minutes after that still no pizza. Goes to store to resolve because it's a 3 minute drive. They offer nothing but tell us to call again for a refund. We were told 5 times pizza pizza doesn't offer refunds and were directed to the store. We got a hold of a supervisor in hour three and they setup a refund via e-transfer that would take 7-10 days and forgot to get the email for the e-transfer. There's more nuances but this is already too long. Go anywhere else. But probably still buy their dip though.

Courteous manners should be normalized! behaving rude when asking for the dip that the store forgot in the first place is not acceptable! Don’t even bother with the ‘send us a email…’ i’ll be dropping in soon to have a talk and another stromboli.Kid-friendliness: Absolutely a man i’ll NOT TRUST to send my 10yr old by herself. Very rude
