Pizza Hut

I had a disappointing experience at this Pizza Hut. The food is rarely prepared on time, and when it is, it tends to be burnt. Additionally, the staff were not very friendly. I won’t be returning.

I placed my order at 10:30, and they promised it would take no longer than 30 minutes. Now it's 11:30, the shop closes at 11, and we still haven't received our order. It seems like it may never arrive. I had to repeat myself on the phone about six times, and the girl just didn’t seem to understand me. I can’t help but think that might have contributed to the problem. Overall, this experience has been very disappointing.

I usually get pizza from this place, but tonight it was undercooked and sparse on toppings. We had to finish baking it ourselves before we could eat it. I'm not impressed.

The delivery drivers always show up on time and greet you with a friendly smile. I've made several orders, and I've consistently enjoyed the food. The staff is wonderful. I'm looking forward to my next order!

I would give this place one star, but I’m only doing so because it’s mandatory. The staff here appears to lack motivation. I’m not sure if this is a widespread issue in Cambridge, but it’s quite disappointing. When I asked the man at the front counter a question, he completely ignored me, opting instead to focus on taking out the trash rather than taking orders or engaging with his coworkers. It’s really unfortunate; I would suggest steering clear of this location.
