Pizza Hut - Cambridge

My boyfriend and I went for dinnerWe got seated immediately but never got served.

Let me preface this by saying: I love Pizza Hut.__This one, however, is god awful.

My family orders from Pizza Hut on average once a week and while often the wait times for delivery are lengthy, we know this in advance and take it into account when placing an order. The most recent order (same order as always) arrived with the bbq chicken pizza swimming in sauce, it was extraordinary and not pleasant even for those who may love the sauce - truly a sight. When we called to report the situation to P.H. we were told, "It was fine." We assured them it was not, but in the end we had to explain that this was not acceptable and we won't be ordering from them again. Naturally, they did not seem to care, so looking for a better local pizza place now.

I ordered a regular large pizza and a few medium pizzas. They were all very good. The kids wanted the alfredo pizza and they loved it. The pizza delivery was very long and the pizza was not very hot when it go here but it was easily reheated and tasted good. I would order again.

Ordered online, was fairly simple and was delivered quickly. Pizza was hot and cooked perfectly, bread sticks were awesome and salads was great too. Would have been nice if they sent forks.
