Pizza Hut - Cambridge

Waited 2 hours for delivery when 1 hour was stated. Called customer service and just got blown off with excuses and was told that I had to contact the store directly where no one ever answers. With dozens of pizza options that are way more reliable, Isuggest going elsewhere.

I ordered the Pizza Hut game night combo. It consisted of 2 pizzas, a 2 litre pop and wings. We ordered vegetarian and double pepperoni pizza, med buffalo spiced wings and a 2 litre pop. The pizza crusts were pillowy soft with a nice crunch on thebottom! The vegetarian pizza had a plethora of toppings! Both pizzas were hot on arrival, very fresh and delicious! The wingswere tasty and the pop was nice and cold! We had delivery and they were very quick! We also ordered pickup the weekend prior andwere very happy with the quality! Super fresh and tasty! This restaurant deserves no stars at all. I ordered for the first time using their online tool and set it for home delivery, but it never arrived. I called customer service twice to get it resolved and was put on hold with the store for over 15 minutes each time without anyone answering. I paid $28 for a pizza I never received, and my requests for a refund have gone unanswered. I will never eat at Pizza Hut again, nor will I recommend it to anyone. I'm extremely disappointed in their customer service.

I had a disappointing experience due to the poor customer service. The staff made eye contact but didn’t greet me at all, which gave the impression that they weren’t really interested in their work. Additionally, they placed my dipping sauce directly on my pizza, which I found unappetizing. It seems increasingly difficult to find a good restaurant these days.

This is likely my favorite Pizza Hut. There's a gentleman there who is consistently friendly and attentive, and he always makes sure to leave me with a good joke. I love it!
