Harvey's - Cambridge

Missing fries order. The fries we got was soggy. No bacon. Never again.

My wife and I attended Harvey's/Swiss Chalet today for a meal at Harvey's. We ordered two classic Burger's and two large classic poutine's. A pleasant young lady, (Kristen) prepared our food. Our burgers were hot, tasty and delicious, prepared just the way we liked them. The poutine was also very hot and the cheese curds and gravy were extremely delicious. I remarked to Kristen that used to attend Harvey's for the burgers alone, but now I enjoy the poutine just as much, (if not more).The food was awesome, and the restaurant was clean. (Kristen was cleaning the tables in the restaurant while we were there).Harvey's still is and allways has been the best place to go for a delicious hamburger (and now poutine).Well done!

We went to this harveys several times but their food was not good, I always got cold, soggy fries and one time the fries were so bad that I had to went in again and show them what they are serving. We were going their because it was close to our house as we dont want to travel far sometimes after work but our experience was not good. Now I literally stopped going to this harveys, now I go the one at the hespeler road and I always get fresh fries. I hope you guys work on your team because it was disappointing day by day

Total wait time behind one car at the window 14 mins. Hard and cold fries and a cold burger. Disappointing.
