Burger King - Cambridge

I came here today with my kids for breakfast. There wasn't any hash browns in stock! Some of the fountain sodas were unavailable too! One of the cooks was only complaining that she has to go have a smoke! The coffee wasn't that hot as well. If it wasn't for the kids play area, I would only give 1 star!

My visit at burger King today was a total turn off. Waited 20 minutes in restaurant for order and upon arrival at home we all had to warm up food in microwave cause it was literally cold. I've never had food like this. Even with a longer drive home its never been this cold!! We only live not even 5 min. from burger King! Very slow service!!!!

Not sure how we ended up here but we regretted every minute of it. The restaurant was filthy. The burgers were cold. Staff were indifferent. Is there a worse restaurant in the tri cities?Next time we will get a burger at 7-11. Way better.Jay

Took my two boys there for supper. There were 5 people ahead of us in line. Took almost 20 minutes to get our food. Looked to be understaffed. I watched the young lad working the drive through doing his best to go as fast as humanly possible. Once food was ready we headed over to the fountain drink area. It was gross to say the least. There was pop everywhere. Not a dry spot to be had and very sticky. There was no ketchup or napkins out to be had. Proceeded to find a table that was clean. They were few and far between. The garbages were overflowing. Had a co-worker experience something similar the weekend prior. Will not be going back to that location. Health board should make a visit to this location.

This is by far the worst Burger King I have been to. The food is always stale and seems like it just sits there all day and the service is pretty slow. They also seem to chimp on the serving of fries. Not impressed and will not return anymore.
