I have consistently received my orders haphazardly assembled, with donuts squished together and frosting smeared off. Additionally, the napkins are always crumpled up in the bag.

The turkey bacon sandwich was quite enjoyable, and the chips were great too. However, the iced coffee was disappointing; it had no cream and tasted overly chemical, so I ended up discarding it.

The Iced Hazelnut Mocha Iced Latte topped with Nutella lacked flavor, and there was no acknowledgment of my request for oat milk or hazelnut topping.

The TimBits were great However there was absolutely nothing vanilla about the coffee

I wish you guys would bring back the yellow egg, and the mac n cheese.
