When I finally got to the window to pick up my food, I received my large drink, which only had three ice cubes in it, and my soda spilled all over the cup. As I cleaned the cup, I was asked to wait a few more minutes—about five—to get my order of cold fries. It felt like no one was managing the situation. It’s disappointing that this seems to be the norm at this location.

When I finally moved to the pick-up window, I was handed my large drink, which only had three ice cubes and tea dripping down the sides of the cup. While I tried to clean that up, I was instructed to pull forward and wait yet again—this time for about five more minutes—just to receive my order, which included cold fries. It felt like no one cared about the service or quality at this location. Sadly, this lack of management seems to be the norm here. It was a disappointing experience overall.
