Insomnia Cookies - Cambridge

I was visiting from out of state and had a craving for soft, warm cookies, but it was clear that wasn’t going to happen that night. The cookies I received were ROCK HARD and cold. I called the restaurant to express my concern, and the person on the line seemed confused about my description of the cookies. She then abruptly said she had processed a refund and hung up. Thanks for that. Fast forward two weeks, and I’m editing this review to add that I never received my refund. I had to contact Grubhub to request a full refund, which they processed. I hope that employee learns the importance of customer service. It’s disappointing to see such a lack of professionalism, which just adds to the negative experience.

The WORST customer service ever! There were 5 ppl ?working? there basically doing nothing. They gave us weird stares, were extremely rude, gave us cold cookies, and talked about us amongst themselves in front of us. Very unprofessional. Would never return! Gave the brand a bad impression. Definitely AVOID this place!!!

The cookies are amazing! You definitely have to try them at least once. The strawberry milk is also really good, though it is a bit on the expensive side.

The customer service was outstanding. The cashier was incredibly friendly. I ended up trying a cookie sandwich with oatmeal and peanut butter cookies, paired with some strawberry ice cream. The cookies were warm and fresh, making it the perfect indulgent treat. I highly recommend it for dessert!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I got raw cookies and the girl with braids and box glasses was on her phone taking my order and of course she messed it up. It was completely unprofessional I?m calling corporate tomorrow morning and demanding a refund. They didn?t even know the stock on their own cookies, the other employee was touching all over her face without washing her hands after. They were yelling and laughing not paying attention to customers and using profanity. I should never have to deal with something like that, if you?re having a craving your better off going somewhere else because these people don?t value your time, money nor experience!
