Dunkin' - Cambridge

I frequent this restaurant because it's nearby, but my experiences have generally been disappointing due to persistent quality control issues. For example, today I ordered a "black iced coffee," and it was so watered down that it looked more like iced tea.

I really don’t understand the negative reviews—maybe we were just lucky. We stopped by at 8:30 PM, right before closing, and were greeted warmly by a young lady as we entered. The selection of donuts was still impressive, and we found exactly what we wanted. While the quantity of each type wasn't large, there was a good variety for a late hour. The employee was exceptionally friendly; it’s not uncommon for places to be less welcoming near closing time, but our experience was quite the opposite. We even took a few minutes to enjoy our coffee, which was excellent—not burnt or stale—before heading out. As for the restaurant itself being outdated, I found it to be clean and comfortable. It was a far cry from those old, dingy diner-style Dunkin's from the '90s. Overall, I think whoever was working that night deserves praise from management for a job well done.

The staff here was extremely rude. I simply wanted a cup of Dunkin coffee, but my experience was soured by their behavior. I recommend avoiding this place until there is a change in staff or ownership.

The staff was friendly, but the restaurant itself feels quite outdated, and the furniture was sticky. Additionally, sharing restrooms with another restaurant was not a pleasant experience.
