Bidrage med feedbackIf I could give 0 stars I would! The service I received on Saturday 5th of August was DISGUSTING! I placed an order online at 5pm, received an order acceptance text and email, I then got an estimated delivery time of 6.30pm. At 7pm I received a very rude phone call the person just said and I quote no delivery drivers, we can 't deliver. You have to pick up or cancel . No apologies or offers to make up for the lack of service. Surely when we made the order they knew there was no delivery drivers, so why couldn 't they call us before to tell us they were unable to fulfill the order. They happily took our payment and no talk of refunds. We decided to cancel the order and go else where and the person just hung up on us. TERRIBLE customer service. I understand there is a language barrier but no excuse. I also understand shortage in staff but no excuse to call us 2 HOURS after our order! I then call up on Monday to look for a refund and was told boss not here call back and then they hung up on me again. No apologies or explanations. I have worked in customer service for over a decade, so I know how it works and this is possibly some of the worst service I have ever received. Still no refund. I will definitely be going elsewhere for my Indian next time. Very disappointed. Especially as my parents are such good customers and we get treated like this.
Ordered a takeaway from Tandoori palace, to be fair delivery was very prompt, although this should have been a warning sign. . . Onion Bhajis Nice but nothing to write home about, the dip that went with them was very pleasant. Garlic Naan Well I didn’t even get a garlic naan which was what I ordered, I got a Peshwari Naan. Again nice but nothing to write home about very small compared to what I would normally expect (Size of a small side plate Chicken Dopiaza Very disappointing. There are previous comments on here saying that the sauces are bland, meats are not marinated, and are akin to shop bought jar sauces (Pataks etc. This was 100% absolutely the case for me and I feel cheated, having paid 7.95 for the dish. Never again ordered a meal at 5.45 on Saturday. I was told it would be about 45 to 1 hour fine most curry shops are the same .after 1 and a half hours I called them and was told it's on way ?2 hours later still not come phoned them again to my surprise told me cooking it now !!! Disgusting? Eventually arrived 2 and a have hours late and COLD !!!!! phoned again for refund told me give you disc next time what a joke ..the worst curry house in cambridge. Headed for a dinner, server was not at all properly groomed neither in his uniform nor in his words. His approach was in a very unexpectable was like jhe is doing a big favour!!!! Read the menu was trying to understand what this new dish labada heard for Lababdar..... food was also not as required as every thing ie there was only on gravy... that too raw.
From the outset was made to feel uncomfortable, guy who showed us to table seriously needs to have some customer service training!! IGNORANT is an understatement!! Restaurant not very clean, and on a trip to the toilet kitchen door was opened, how I did not walk out straight away I do not know it looked FILTHY!! Had poppadoms and dips to start then waited nearly an hour for main course to arrive, I seriously cook better curries at home using a jar sauce, AVOID this place at all costs!!
