The food and ambiance are excellent, but the service is lacking at Cafe Nero. The staff is incredibly rude, and I have never experienced such poor service before. I am not surprised to see a 3.9 rating, as the only saving grace is the delicious coffee and food. Otherwise, the rating would be a 1 due to the current staff. Fortunately, the amazing location helps make up for the subpar service.

Coffee nice and great location with seating available outside but wifi signal is often really poor keeps cutting out.
