Cook4u - Cambourne

We have used this takeaway for a few years now and it's always been delicious and a good service. However on Saturday 26th November it was a different story, when my husband arrived after ordering our food on the phone, it was very busy, the lady gave him our order but as he was leaving she'd realised she hadn't put the rice in. When we got the food out it wasn't the rice we'd ordered, we ordered special fried rice as that's all we like but they had given us plain white rice which was all stodgy so we didn't eat it!! Also the the sesame toast was soggy and the chicken balls were very dry as if they'd been cooked a while ago. So disappointing as we've always loved the food from here, maybe if they are that busy they should get extra staff in, let's hope it was just a blip

We have used this takeaway for years and was fantastic but in the last year or so it really can only be described as awfull ,tasteless, and very bland, i suppose weve carried on using them for its great delivery but no more can we put up with paying to have a very below average meal,everything in tonights meal was like eating cardboard ,no taste whatsoever,and as for the Crispy duck well it would of been easier to eat an old car tyre! Sorry to leave a bad review but it had to be said we stuck with you but not anymore!
