Your place was excellent. Really simple staff and very attentive, without being intrusive. Great night overall.

A quiet evening, so no rush with service and atmosphere not loud. Good food and all the problems rectified quickly and without success.

If the menu is offered by a waiter, it takes as long as you come back and offer a drink. We waited 20 minutes until someone ordered a drink, it's too long to wait. I have experienced this several times when this particular Bills.

On other occasions we have visited all has been very good. Today there we an issue with the kitchen. Although the restaurant was approx at only 30% capacity, it took 55 mins from ordering to arrival of our food for 4 people....not good when there are hungry children. After about 35 mins we asked and we were told there was a delay and we had to ask again a bit later about the lengthy the delay. The table next to us was equally a little disgruntled. It would have been helpful if we were told at arrival that the restaurant was experiencing issues. We could then have made the choice to stay or go elsewhere. No complimentary drinks or even some bread/ butter were offered. Finally, even though the waiting staff were fully aware that we had to wait longer than is reasonable for our food, no discount was offered on the bill....as has been done by other establishments we have visited when the service fell short. Infact a 12.5% service charge was included! I promptly asked for this to be removed before paying. Very disappointing experience on this occasion
