Starbucks - Camarillo

Bought ice cream and green tea drink at this kiosk. it was very busy. the personal did their best to serve everyone in time. they have a few portable sunshades for some shades.

I watched as 4 customers in a row received incorrect orders. I was called when my order was done and it was also incorrect. They offered to make the drink (cold caramel macchiato)but we were waiting for 30 minutes and decided not to. By far the worst Starbucks I have ever been to.

Worst service. Ordered cappuccino waited 15 min, and when asked for if coffee is ready, they said no, and when again asked after 5 min again asked, he showed arrogance but funny part actually coffee was ready and getting cold. Height of ignorance!!

This was my most disappointing experience at Starbucks ever and I highly doubt I will ever go to a Starbucks again because of it! I am allergic to coconut milk and I always request whole milk, well when my coffee tasted a little different I didn’t think to much of it until an hour later when I started getting very ill. When someone says they have allergies they need to take it seriously. Also it took them about 20 minutes to make my drink so overall a horrible experience.

This place gets busy on Sunday so I don't recomend going. I asked for a flat white but it was tasteless, no on it. When I told them, they start arguing but finally they told me that they would remake it. Won't come back to this place again, it's a shame !
