After being told the wait for a table was 5 minutes for a table outside we waited even longer to watch every single party before us be seated and started to be served while we sat and were ignored by the host and two servers even when making direct eye contact. Abysmal customer service.

The Lure Fish House doesn't disappoint. It's our favorite fish house in Ventura County!

Very nice restaurant. We didn't want to wait for a table, so we sat in the open seating section. That worked out well as the food and the service were both excellent.
