Lalo's Mexican - Camarillo

The service at this restaurant was extremely slow and the cook appeared to be in a bad mood. The staff did not seem enthusiastic about their work. The food was too spicy for us to eat and we were informed that the cook intentionally made it inedible. As an older and handicapped individual, I had a disappointing experience. We paid for our meal and left. It seemed like the staff was more focused on serving drinks rather than food, and they were just wandering around looking busy.

The service at this restaurant was terrible. It took them 20 minutes to even offer us a drink. They wrote down our order incorrectly and everything was wrong. I ordered the baked potato and it was still uncooked and hard. The waitress was very rude, she might as well retire.

This place is really awesome. I have been there for lunch three times. Melissa, my server, is the best. She deserves a raise!

We got seated and we advised them we were waiting for a couple more family members. The manager then came to our table and told us that we were only allowed to be here for 1.5 hours. I have never heard of any restaurant giving ppl a time limit to sit andeat.

Eating out with my family and got 5 cheese enchiladas and a grilled cheese. None of the cheese was melted and it was all cold. The cheese on the grilled cheese was not melted and you could just take it apart. Also took forever for the waiter to get ourfood ordered and had to ask 3 different times to get a glass of water.
