El Pollo Loco - Camarillo

We have visited several Pollo Locos locations, but this particular one was quite unwelcoming. They required us to show our vaccination records in order to dine in, which we found unfair. We would not have entered if it were not necessary. My son has special needs, and both my family and I need to have our vaccinations. It was frustrating to have to explain our situation to a lower-income restaurant.

The worst pollo loco! It has been a week as of June 27 2021, and they can?t fix the soda fountain machine. Camarillo tap water it?s horrible! Also the chicken is dry and crispy! Fast food place 15 minutes wait please!!!!!!!!!!

Freshest and best El Pollo Loco I was in Socal. The family meal for 8 was perfectly grilled and not dry. Pages were very good: Salad, Slav and rice... Moreover, the Churros were perfectly crisp and cinnamony.

This camarillo site always has a problem..menu-Board does not work.out by Huhn!! And worse.. My 12 pieces looked like appetizer size. I never had that with another Pollo Loco.

I ordered a chkn tostada, BRC burrito and a side salad after work in Camarillo. Guy at drive thru asked if I wanted to add chips and guac to my order, which I declined. I drove home to Port Hueneme and realized they GAVE me chips and guac but no burrito??? I called and they said they could credit the burrito next time I'm in, and to bring my receipt. I had no receipt in the bag nor was given one. Not only that, I realized they didn't give me salad dressings AT ALL, so I virtually had no way of eating the food I just bought!!! I had to go to another store by my house and PAY for another burrito and salad dressing. SUPER inconvenient. Check your bags guys!
