Carl's Jr. - Camarillo

I visited the drive-thru and found that the person on the speaker was speaking very quietly, making it difficult to hear. I had to turn off my vehicle to better understand them. Despite there being no one else in line with me, I still felt rushed.

Went by the drive-thru today. Ordered a lettuce wrap famous star with no pickles. I got a regular famous star with no lettuce and with pickles. They also didn't give me my drink. Call them twice and no one answered. They answered the third time andtold me they were sorry and hang up. Reminds why I don't go here often and why I had left a bad rating before.

I visited this restaurant again recently, hoping for a better experience, but unfortunately this was my final visit. If a dish will take a while to prepare, it is essential to inform the customer! People choose the drive-thru for convenience, not to wait for an extended period of time. If my order will be delayed, I would appreciate being notified so I can make a different selection. Additionally, the chicken in my biscuit sandwich was undercooked and had a rubbery texture. This is not the standard I have experienced at other Carl's Jr locations.

Staff here are very friendly. Food is better too. I honestly prefer going here than going to the McD's next door. Thanks for the awesome service!

This restaurant closes early, making it difficult for those working night shifts at the hospital to take a break and drive there, only to find out it's closed. The person at the drive-through said they were closing, even though the customer thought they closed at midnight. The customer apologized and wished them a good night, but was left feeling disappointed.
