Bidrage med feedbackBeautiful surroundings with beautiful decorations. Friendly staff. I had the fruit tea with honey and it was overly sweet. I had to put the whole cup of water in order to dilute it. The Tiramisu was not good at all. They did not use the women's fingers as a base, but replaced them with sponge cakes. It was also dry.
Most disgusting food I ever had ! The interior was nice and also the photos of the dishes on the menu were nice. When the food came... big surprise, it was really bad and small portions. Seafood was stringy and all in all the food was inedible. When we asked for the bill there was the second surprise! You have even pay for the napkins which I spit the stringy seafood in and the thing is it’s the only napkin you get. I can not understand all the good reviews and would everyone advice to avoid this restaurant because additionally it’s expensive.
Disappointment. Great location, sure, great ambience, sure, good service staff, sure. But to have a glass of wine took 30 mins. To have an appetizer took 1 hour. Luckily I was on a holiday and was not in a rush so I could afford the wait. The family at the nearby table ordered lunch, waited 1 hour, asked staff and staff said they haven't started cooking so it's best to cancel the order. I wondered if the restaurant reimbursed their drinks because the really should. Whats more, the summer rolls I ordered tasted much worse than a much cheaper rolls that are 1/10 the price. Very chewy rice paper and overally bad.
It was good to see that menu presentation has been improved so we ordered food and drinks with a given voucher (100k discount with condition a order of 500k or above which we asked the staff if we can use from our order. The staff accepted and we waited for our food and beverage order. When drinks were served, I noticed that my drink was not right one. I informed to the staff and she said this is what I ordered. I asked her to check again and she came back with apology and changed to new but correct one. After we finished the foods, we tried to get an attention to get our bill but it was very difficult because they only do something else or cleaning other tables. After we checked the bill, we asked the staff why the voucher was not applied to discount on the bill. The staff seems not even knowing what we were talking about and asked to another staff who got our order with voucher. And he showed same face which doesnt know! After few minutes of drama, the staff informed that our bill is over 500k but not the food (which only lesser around 20k!. We answered back then why your staff didnt tell us if then we could order more during food order. The staff apologized because the one who took our order was new staff. Hello, you assign very new staff to take order with mistake and voucher which became useless. We visited here already 4 time in a month. But guess what, no more from now on. Hope the manager notice about this to improve.
