La Madrina - Calvià

I have no words to say how bad the service was. We get there, we order some snacks to have before the pizzas, two of them never arrived and the other half arrived late, we waited 20 min until we got asked what we wanted and waited another 5 10 min to have our drinks... Still they didn't bring the wine we asked for, and one of the cups had lipstick on it. Between the food we asked twice for drinks but they never made it to our table... Really bad service and coordination, never going back.

We had both starter and a pizza, but will recommend to only have a main course. The bruschetta and the pizza was good and the staff was very attentive

Never done one of these before but omg, I had to. I saw spoons dropped on floor and go back into kitchen , waiting staff eat from salad behind counter then rub his hair and then serve food to customers. Kitchen staff in nitrile gloves which is good , apart from going local shop , then eat a plate of food not sanitise his gloves and start preparing another unknowing soul. If this was in uk I would report it to EHO . I work in a respectable and responsible BRC AA factory that serves cooked meat to end users that are vulnerable. This was unbelievable and I mentioned it to my waitress upon leaving and I got blank looks . SO GLAD I WILL NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN . If I could educate the staff I would but I fear that the level of hygiene is endemic and god forbid fatal one day.

Excellent service and good value for money. We enjoyed lunch which included a large Caesar salad with nachos and pasta, plus 2 drinks for 22 euros. Absolute bargain for the quality. Worth a visit whilst you are in Santa Ponsa.

Pizzas are amazing although would have preferred one with a wee bit of spice. lovely place to sit out and staff very friendly
