A Rotta - Calvi

The food in the restaurant was ok, we were a party of seven. Two had steak which was very poorly cooked, I had the stuffed mussels and the gambas linguine which were both disappointing, two had the fish of the day which was perfectly cooked

This restaurant is at the far end of the Aregno Plage about 1kn from Algajola. Truly a beach restaurant tucked back from the beach with a lovely shady terrace. Mussels delicious as were the other seafood dishes and friendly and relaxed service. There is nothing more that you could want from a beach restaurant.

Déjeuner en bord de mer très belle vue , une belle ambiance sous cette chaleur de Corse , on étaient en terrasse sous parasol , variétés de poisson à la carte avec comme fond l’eau turquoise qui vous ouvrent complètement l’appétit . Serveurs et serveuses de qualités qui savent s’occuper complètement des clients . Je recommandes . Le chemin pour y accéder est au bout d’un chemin en sable . N’allez pas plus loin sinon vous risquez d’être enlisé pour votre véhicule !

Superbe restaurant, service efficace, plats excellents en particulier les tapas. Carte des vins sympa, prix très raisonnable et spot absolument magique

The loveliest place for your eyes may become the worst experience. Yes. : You sit there, the service is not coming to say hi or to maybe even ask, what would you like to get. After 15 minutes of waiting you take 3 dirty glasses from your table (of someone else, there were more tables kept with dirty dishes and bring them to the bar and ask the service kindly, if they could wipe your table (and possibly ask, what would you like to get, you are thinking . There was at least 5 ppl there as waitresses and the place was empty, not busy at all. After next 10 minutes you are leaving the place dissapointed. Noone came to you. Noone cleaned your table. Noone cared if you would like to drink or eat anything. Shocking how lovely places can still be the poorest at the service. I wish them all the best with their approach to people.
