Yosaku Japanese - Calumet-Norvelt

Ordered via Uber Eats, less than 20 mins away. The food was disgusting and expensive for very little. I ordered a skewer app, which usually comes in 4 at any other restaurant. This place gave me 2 overcooked, dry ones for $10 and added brocolli and tomato (not in the item description) to fill the container. Their pan fried pork gyoza is actually deep fried and mostly bread. The sauce for the gyoza was horrible and my edamame was unsalted and also dry. My husband ate Maki and Hokkaido rolls. He says they 're, Okay, not the best .

Food was really good. New to sushi but I really enjoyed it

Amazing sushi place, the happy hour pricing is great and the service was phenomenal. The sushi itself was well prepared and delicious. We sat outside on the patio and we were checked on frequently which was appreciated. Definitely the best sushi I've had in DC in quite a bit, and pretty affordable too.

Great Japanese food. Reasonable prices. Good Happy Hour and nice outside dining space. A neighborhood go-to.

They have run the family-owned business for over 40 years! Very fast and excellent service, great affordable sushi options and great location.
